The reservation or order confirmation, which will be sent to you by e-mail, fax or post, serves as the basis.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Cancellations of hotel reservations<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you have reserved a room without guaranteeing the reservation by credit card, we will hold the room for you until 4 pm on the day of arrival. If you do not show up by this time, the Hotel St. Josef can automatically dispose of the room(s).<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\nIf you have guaranteed your reservation by credit card and cannot\/do not wish to use the reserved service, we ask you to cancel the reservation at the latest 24 hours before the day of arrival, i.e. by 12.00 noon on the day before arrival at the latest. In the event of late cancellation, no-show, late arrival or early departure, one night will be charged. If the room(s) can be rented to someone else, we will gladly refrain from issuing an invoice.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\nReservations made via online portals are subject to the respective reservation and cancellation conditions. Credit cards are checked electronically by us. If the credit card details are invalid, we consider the booking as not guaranteed.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Cancellations of groups\/reservations of 6 persons or more<\/strong><br \/>\nWe kindly ask you to inform us of any significant changes to your reservation as early as possible and in writing. If the reservation is canceled in full for reasons for which we are not responsible, the following cancellation fee is due:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n30 -15 days before arrival = 25% of the lost room revenue<br \/>\n14 &#8211; 5 days before arrival = 50% of the lost room revenue<br \/>\n4 days before arrival = 100% of the lost room revenue<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Option date<\/strong><br \/>\nOption dates are binding for both parties. The Hotel St. Josef may automatically dispose of the reserved rooms after the option period has expired, unless the customer has sent a written order confirmation. The confirmation must be received by the Hotel St. Josef on the last day of the option period.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Payment modalities<\/strong><br \/>\nWe reserve the right to demand full or partial advance payment for the reservation. For groups with a foreign billing address, please provide your credit card number with expiration date as a guarantee. Please note that we do not send invoices abroad.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>City Taxe<\/strong><br \/>\nThe city tax of CHF 3.50 will be charged additionally per person and night.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Value added tax<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is included in the price.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Liability \/ Duty of care<\/strong><br \/>\nThe hotel room is to be used by the guest with the utmost care. The guest or the company must pay for any damage to property. The hotel declines all liability for theft etc. and in relation to third-party services.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Lost property<\/strong><br \/>\nLost property will only be forwarded at the guest&#8217;s request. The Hotel St. Josef accepts no liability in the event of the loss of personal belongings and valuables. This applies to the time during your stay as well as in the case of returns. The guest shall bear the costs and risk of subsequent shipment.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>Applicable law, place of jurisdiction<\/strong><br \/>\nThe legal relationship between you and the Hotel St. Josef is governed by Swiss law.
